Industry changes. Humans connect.

Coaching leaders beyond titles, metrics and silos.

There is a belief that to be an Executive Coach in a particular industry, you need to have WORKED in that industry.

Coaching leaders beyond titles, metrics and silos.

In 2025, I had the honor and privilege of partnering as an Executive Coach with a diverse set of companies and organizations. The logos may be different, the products and KPIs may be different, but the human side of leadership is surprisingly similar.

After 30+ years in senior leadership roles and going on 4 years as an Executive and Leadership Coach, one truth keeps showing up: it does not matter what industry you are in, leaders wrestle with many of the same growth edges and opportunities.

Here are some of the recurring themes I coached leaders on this year:

  • Clarifying strategic vision and thinking

  • Elevating executive presence and confidence

  • Growing emotional intelligence and self-awareness

  • Leading through change and ambiguity

  • Communicating with clarity and influence

  • Engaging and aligning teams for performance

  • Navigating tough, high stakes conversations

The jargon, systems, and dashboards may change from one company to another. The pressure to deliver, the desire to grow, and the very human need to be seen, heard, and supported do not.

To every leader and organization I worked with in 2025, thank you. It has been an honor and a privilege to walk beside you, to challenge you, and to celebrate your progress. I am grateful for the trust you placed in me and energized for what comes next.

As you look ahead to 2026, what is one specific leadership behavior you are committed to strengthening?
