Cyrus Erickson earns PCC credential

A Commitment to Excellence, Ethics, and Client-Centered Coaching

I am excited to share that I have earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

When I began my coaching business 3+ years ago, this was the goal I set for myself. Achieving PCC is not just about an elevated credential. For me it represents:

  • A commitment to a higher level of excellence

  • A deeper investment in my clients’ growth

  • A renewed promise to stay grounded in the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies

This milestone reinforced me to stay client-centric, uphold the growth and future focus of coaching, and be more aware of my own biases, judgments, and ego so they do not get in the way of partnering fully with my clients. It also affirms something I know to be true: I use my humanity to connect, and I trust my intuition in service of the people I coach.

Thank you to my clients, mentors, colleagues and companies who have supported this journey.

What is one meaningful step you will take this year to invest in your own development?
